Rule # 10: Daily walk 10,000 steps

Deep breathing increases oxygen is in your blood. They allow your body to fully exchange incoming oxygen with outgoing carbon dioxide.

Abu’l-Qaasim (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: “Whoever comes with five daily prayers on the Day of Resurrection, having maintained wudu for them, prayed them on time, and bowed and prostrated properly, without omitting anything from… has not forgotten it, by Allah.”

You can establish emotional ties and show your family that you care about them by spending quality time together. You’ll strengthen your family’s bond and foster resilient happiness in each member, promoting your mental well-being and building a solid team.

The process of planning meals ahead of time based on your preferences, schedule, available foods, seasonal produce, sale items, etc. As a result, meal planning typically results in weekly grocery shopping for just the necessary items and involving others (like family) in menu planning.
